IMPATTO CONFERENCE 2025
Dates: 13-16 November 2025
Location: Villaggio Bella Italia, Lignano Sabbiadoro (UD)
Who am I? What is my true identity? What defines me? Basic questions that need an answer. A precise one.
Together, in Lignano Sabbiadoro, in a beautiful location on the Adriatic Sea, perfect for an event like this, we will enjoy a wonderful opportunity to come together and explore answers to these questions.
Together we will together drill-down into the wonder of solid theology which defines the best identity - union with Christ, and redefines all of life. As church leaders and churches we will think through what it means to be healthy churches which are passionately missional and live out and bring the gospel of Jesus to this generation. We will explore how identity is so crucial in the planting and growing of such churches. Both in the plenaries, led by Sam, and in the seminars and breakouts, led by experienced men and women, this will be a unique opportunity to grow and mature. Firmly rooted in Christ!
THE EVENT
The event, organised by Impatto Italia (A29 in Italy), is primarily planned for the church in Italy but is also carefully thought through for participants coming from other countries.
SPEAKER
Our keynote speaker is Sam Allberry: pastor, preacher, teacher and author. Here you can find further information about him:
WORKSHOPS
In addition to the plenary sessions, there will be time to interact together in workshop-seminars on different topics that are essential for healthy multiplying churches. In these sessions the main focus will be on working through how union with Christ defines and redefines all areas of personal and corporal identity. (More details to follow soon…)
There will also be time to get to know each other more in a joyful and meaningful context. We will praise together, pray, ask questions, interact, fellowship and expectantly wait for the Lord to speak to our hearts.

FAQs
1 - What airport should I fly into?
Venice! An international, transcontinental airport, with nearby smaller, low-cost Treviso airport. The conference venue is a 1-hour drive east of Venice.
2 - Where is the conference being held?
In the Bella Italia tourist village (centre). See their site: https://www.bellaitaliavillage.com/en/
3 - How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
The organizers will make a shuttle service available (limited availability and further details to follow). You may also take the public transport (bus service) to Lignano (find timetables and further information available here). For maximum flexibility you can hire a car (find great bargains here) - parking at Bella Italia is available. Should you require taxi or uber, then you should be willing to pay a fair sum. More information here.
4 - How much does the conference cost, and what is included?
Inclusive rates (accommodation, full board, full access to all the sessions) begin at €130 in a room with multiple (more than 5) beds.) Single rooms are available (limited availability) and cost €240. All details and options are available here. Accommodation is simple, meals will be buffet style.
You will notice that the conference requires a 95% downpayment on the total cost. Here you can find policies in case of changes of plans or no show. Read them carefully. You will be required on arrival to finalize your registration with the remaining 5% of your payment (for fiscal reasons this is something that needs to occur.)
5 - What currency is used in Italy? Do I need cash?
Italy uses euros. Cards are widely used (ensure your card is good for international travel). Banks and ATMs are available.
6 - Is there anything to do before or after the conference?
Should you be able to arrive early or leave later you could consider different options spending time in the area. The uniqueness of Venice will not disappoint. For more ambitious, consider the Dolomites, or a quick trip to lovely Slovenia and Croatia. There are multiple wonderful locations in this extreme north-east corner of Italy and a quick search online will bring them up!
You might also like to consider connect with one of the churches in the area if you are able to. There are several Impatto (A29) churches in the area. If you have specific questions or need further suggestions, then contact us.
7 - Will interpretation be available?
Yes. The main conference language will be Italian, but translation will be available into English and other languages as needed. For each language with the availability of an interpreter (from English), a smartphone-based translation option will be available (LiveVoice - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0kp_WEnJdm8). Bring your smartphone, headphones and a data plan sufficient to stream the translation.
